PLATFORM

OVERVIEW

From scattered tools to one clear view.

Field teams were juggling paper run sheets, group chats, and three different apps, and nothing quite agreed. We designed and built one platform where dispatch, drivers, and the warehouse all see the same live status, on the web and on the phone in their pocket.

DESIGN SYSTEM

A system the team could grow with.

Before a single screen, we set the foundations. A clear type scale, a calm color palette, and a component kit that keeps every new feature on brand and quick to build.

THE PRODUCT

Built for the field, not the boardroom.

Drivers get a fast, glanceable app. Dispatch gets a full control room on the web. Both stay in sync in real time.

RESULTS

Faster days, fewer missed drops.

Within the first quarter, dispatch was quicker, drivers stopped calling in for updates, and far fewer parcels came back to the depot.
